Arsena Schroeder

Arsena Schroeder is an American soul and R & B recording artist with alternative, gospel, and folk influences. Based out of Charlotte, NC, this multi-talented singer-songwriter is known for her acoustic-driven tunes. Having released her debut EP, Abundantly, in 2013 and her debut full-length album “For My Artist Child” in 2014, Schroeder has accomplished much in her nearly four years touring as an independent recording artist. The list includes but is not limited to performing for Michael Jordan at The Time Warner Cable Arena, joining the Breedlove Guitars Artist Roster, becoming a NC Arts & Science Council grant recipient, and being listed by Creative Loafing as an artist to look out for. Schroeder, originally from Pittsburgh, PA has impressed her way into the hearts of the local and regional scene. In her latest release, Anchor Down Below (2016), Schroeder explored a new sound with beats produced by Dylan Graham, co-written with songwriting veteran Tera Jackson. It showcases Schroeder’s collaborative abilities with an unexpected feature from rapper Modest Jon on a song “The Call." The Next Gig Europe says, "Although the new sound took some getting used to, what is the same are the strong vocals of Schroeder and beautiful quiet compositions. The star of Arsena Schroeder is rising in the United States". Arsena will be touring the Anchor Down Below - EP with her band this fall. It's available on iTunes, Rhapsody, Spotify, and Amazon MP3.
